The Greeks are known for their myths. There was Jason and the Argonauts, Oedipeous, and many more. Since this website is all about Greek things, people in our blog, namely pieface, have suggested that we make a page about Greek Myths. We are going to give you the links to get to the myths, since it would take to long to write them all out here. If we miss one, please e-mail us which one we are missing, and we will put it in. Thank you for reading!

If you are a half-blood, you need to know about the greek gods. Their names, their powers, all that good stuff. We are only going to include the major gods and goddesses, because there are to many.If you would like to know about the minor gods, please e-mail us. Thanks.
Ares- god of war.
Artimes- goddess of the moon, hunt, forest and wild things.
Aphrodite- goddess of beauty and love.
Apollo- god of medicine, young men, cattle, the sun, music, poetry, and truth.
Athena- goddess of wisdom, war, crafts, city, and agriculture.
Dionysus- god of wine, inspired madness, fertality, and drama.
Hades- lord of the underworld. He is not actually the god of death. Thantos is.
Hephaestus- god of metal work, fire, forges, blacksmiths, and weavers.

Hermes- god of lies, docters, tricks, the road, travellers, thieves, and commerce.
Hestia- an old goddess. Goddess of the home and the hearth.
Poseidon- god of the ocean and earthquakes.
Zeus- god of the weather, sky, oaths, prophecy, judgement, and electricity.
Those are the major greek gods. To be one of them, you will have to have characteristics that are the same. It is okay if you don't have characterisics with any of these gods. There are others. Or you are a mortal. Anyways, we are just trying to help. Also, please know that you cannot go around saying that you are the child of a greek god because a) it sounds weird, b) no one is going to believe you, c) a monster might get you and d) you are only claimed by a god or goddess once they have sent you a sign, like they contact you in your dreams, ect., ect.
