There is a news article in Publisher's Weekly, that brings some new facts to light about Mr. Riordan's next work, The Red Pyramid. (Spoilers, ahead!) The series is about Sadie (12) and Carter (14), who aredescendants of Egyptian Magicians who battle the gods. (They warn to look out for the god of chaos, Seth. He is the one who killed Osiris.) The books will be in 1st person persepective, with Carter and Sadie switching off every other chapter. Mr. Riordan also said that there will be no demi-gods in this series. There is more in the article, which you can read here.

Our cbox

It has come to my attention (thanks to Christof and Gambit), that our cbox is getting a tad out of control. We are giving everyone a warning that it will be closing down in one weeks' time, and that we will be replacing it with something we are more capable of taking care of, like a guestbook. If you have any questions, comments, or snide remarks, e-mail us.

Atlantis?

Posted at 05:27 PM on October 21, 2009 Comments comments (4)

This might not have a whole lot to do with Percy Jackson, but I just wanted to comment about Atlantis. According to this news article, some people have found a town in the sea off the coast of Greece. Could it be Atlantis? Just thought it wa interesting since, you know, Percy, son of Posiedon...
